Refund Policy – Ride In Taxi
At Ride In Taxi, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our taxi services in North and South Goa.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following situations:

Booking canceled by Ride In Taxi due to unavoidable circumstances

Advance payment made, but service could not be provided

Duplicate or excess payment made by the customer
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Customer cancels the booking at the last moment

Customer does not show up at the pickup location

Delays caused due to traffic, weather, or road conditions

Change of travel plans after the trip has started
3. Cancellation & Refund Timeline

Cancellations must be informed as early as possible.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be credited via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be applicable in cases such as:

Trip ended earlier due to unavoidable reasons

Overpayment or incorrect fare calculation
The final refund amount will be decided by Ride In Taxi management.
5. Advance Payments

Advance payments for long-distance or special bookings may be non-refundable if the booking is canceled at short notice.

Any refund eligibility will be communicated at the time of booking.
