1. Service Overview

Ride In Taxi provides taxi and cab services across North Goa and South Goa, including pickups and drop-offs near Madgaon Railway Station. Our services can be booked via phone call, WhatsApp, email, or through our website.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after verbal, WhatsApp, or written confirmation from Ride In Taxi.

• Customers must provide correct pickup, drop, and contact details at the time of booking.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment can be made in cash, online transfer, or any other method agreed at the time of booking.

• Full or partial advance payment may be required for long-distance or outstation trips.

• Any additional charges (waiting time, tolls, parking, night charges, or route changes) must be paid by the customer.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations should be informed as early as possible.

• Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges.

• No refund will be provided if the customer fails to show up at the pickup location.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must be present at the pickup point on time.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be chargeable.

• Illegal activities, alcohol misuse, or unsafe behavior inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

6. Driver & Vehicle Use

• Our drivers follow local traffic laws and safety guidelines.

• Ride In Taxi reserves the right to change the vehicle or driver if required due to operational reasons.

• Seatbelt usage is mandatory for all passengers.

7. Service Limitations

• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Ride In Taxi is not liable for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
